Installation, Activation & Package Charges are to be paid in advance.
Installation & Activation Charges are non refundable.
Router cost is not included in installation amount.
Taxes will be charged extra GST @ 18%.
All Package are valid for 30 days.
** For the lease line Package Customer has to pay 90 days Package Charges at a time in advance.
Customers are requested to renew to their packages within expiry or almost within 7 days after expiry to carry their account details. Inactive account will be deleted after one month of expiry.
Customers can renew the Unlimited Packages any time within expiry date, in that case the remaining days will be added in the next renewal.
Customers can renew the Limited Packages any time within expiry date, in that case the remaining data will be added in the next renewal. But the Package will be valid for next 30 days from the Renewal Date.
Any kind of carry forward facilities will not be available for changing of existing packages.
Customers can avail upto mentioned bandwidth for respective packages.
The above packages are valid for selected area's of Darjeeling SSA telecom circle only.
Terms & Conditions related to Online Refund Policy
Online refund may be extended to the User, when the transaction is incomplete, in the sense that the User package is not renewed, but payment has been generated.
Cancellation policy
Any customers if found to be involved in misusing the unlimited package by sharing the unlimited resources deemed for private or personal use by sharing it commercially or by distributing it by local lan or fiber to the locality, will be treated as violation of unlimited policy, the user will be terminated immediately and the case will be registered against the violation.
Surrender policy
Customer will have submit proper surender application to leave the connection, company will refund any amout if dues are cleared and the equipment are surrendered in workin conditions
This Policy governs and covers More Wifi Internet Pvt. Ltd hereinafter, (The Company) is dedicated to protect our Users personal information that the Company collects and receives from time to time, including information related to previous usage, (if any) of the Company's products and services.
